10 Ways Sponsorship Boosts Business!
1. Targeted Marketing: People of specific professions attend our events. This means we can perfectly match your ideal consumer to your product or service. Every marketing dollar invested is communicating your message to qualified prospects in need of your product or service.
2. Branding & Frequency: Sponsors logos can be present on all event marketing materials from email campaigns, paper and web flyers, event ticket, tickets confirmation letters, banner, and event materials, allowing attendees to experience your companies presence many times before even coming to the event.
3. Speaking: Sponsorship packages are available for a company representative to speak before the audience with microphone for 8-10minutes. This is the ultimate marketing benefit. See Sponsorship packages for more information.
4. Table & Banner: How sponsors choose to represent and market themselves at their table is virtually unlimited.
5. Personal Selling Opportunities: There is absolutely no better marketing than to create an opportunity to have a personal one-on-one discussion with a qualified prospect about how your product or service can assist them. It just doesn’t get any better than being in a room full of your most qualified prospects for 6-7 hours with no competitors soliciting their attention.
6. Exclusivity: We offer exclusivity to all our sponsors. We will not allow two sponsors offering the same product or service to sponsor the same event.
7. Captive Audience: When sponsoring an event you have a captive audience for 6-7 hours. Your company’s presence is constant, not like a TV commercial that can be quickly changed, or a magazine page that can be turned, or a direct mail piece that remains unopened, or a billboard that is passed in seconds. Your presence is constant for 6-7 hours on event day.
8. Perks for clients: Depending on your level of sponsorship you will have 6, 4, or 2 tickets available to use for employees or as a networking tool. Your sales staff can use tickets as a reason to go visit prospects or clients. Give them something of incredible value, build relationships, and ask for business and, of course, for referrals. When they attend the event you can further those relationships, produce sales, and give your prospects an impactful training they will sincerely thank you for later. These tickets are an extremely valuable part of the sponsorship package.
9. Training for Employees: Employees you send to represent your table will also be receiving some of the best training available to increase your business. Your employees are actually getting training for FREE by way of your marketing budget. You may also use your tickets for additional employees.
