Carol: Carol’s sales volume was right in the middle of her
office of over 100 agents. Within 1 year she was within the top three in her
office and within 18 months she was the number one individual agent in her
entire office of over 100 agents.
Mark: Mark was tens of thousands in debt and making less than $100,000 per
year when he enrolled in our program. He had been in sales for years, but he
had never been a loan officer before. In his first year he made over $200,000.
He is now making between $300,000 - $400,000 per year. He has paid off all his
debt and owns many investment properties.
Erika: Her first month in coaching her income doubled. The second month her
income doubled again. Within a few months it doubled again. If you look at
where she was when she started, she had an 800% increase in her income within SIX
months.
Ron: Ron hated most things about Real Estate. We found something about Real
Estate that he did like and he went from less than $8,000 per month to over
$24,000 per month within two years doing something he really enjoyed. He was
not even working weekends anymore. Something he hated.
Deanna: Deanna could never break the 5million dollar mark in gross sales in a
year. Her first year she went to 7.5 million in sales and now in her fourth
year of coaching she has already closed close to 24 million in sales.
Jason: Jason is a broker and was in other coaching programs for several years.
He was still losing money every month from agent production. Within 6 months he
is already starting to see a profit. He is in the Detroit area, one of the
worst economies in the country. He is already ahead of his goals for the year
and while other brokers are losing agents he keeps increasing. His average
agent is making around $85,000 per year.
Owen: He is partial owner of a Title company and Mortgage company. He started
coaching with us individually and was so impressed with the results that he
started having us work with his key sales staff and his key managers. He also
was so impressed with our two-day program he solicited us to put on our two-day
program for Realtors in his area. He gained 60 new relationships with Realtors
from that program alone. By implementing a strategy he learned in our coaching
program, he was able to eliminate other costly marketing he was doing and set 5
times the appointments they ever had with qualified potential loan officers.
Andrea: She dissolved a several year 50/50 partnership. She
closed more in the first 6 months than she had ever closed in an entire year
with her partner. That is a 400% increase in her personal income. She was also
able to take several vacations and has never led a more stress free life.
Stacey: She had never made more than $3,000 per month in her life. Her third
month she made $8,500. Her fourth month she made $12,000. Her fifth month she
made over $20,000.
Vanessa: She is in new home sales. She almost tripled her
income within two years.
