Our Coaches
We are critically selective in hiring our coaches. Not all potential candidates posses the extensive real world business and sales experience required to coach for Expect Success. All coaches must also be graduates of our Intensive Success Training Program. In addition, all our coaches have been personally coached by Steve Thornton at length, and have achieved great success in their careers and businesses as a result.
All our coaches employ our unconventional and highly successful Breakthrough Coaching Method. This method is a system of coaching and training that targets and uproots negative behaviors and thought patterns that impede forward movement toward success. Our coaches then merge this newly uninhibited movement with the same business, marketing and sales principles that have made Steve and our coaches successful.
Although the principles used in our Breakthrough Coaching Method work for everyone, the application of The Method is quite individual. Our coaches are trained to be especially perceptive to the true nature of an individual and apply The Method in a customized manner tailored to enhance the client’s natural abilities. Steve often sits in on coaching sessions creatively constructing strategies with our coaches and clients.
