Our Coaches

We are critically selective in hiring our coaches. Not all potential candidates posses the extensive real world experience required to coach for Expect Success. All coaches must also be graduates of our Intensive Success Training Program.

All our coaches employ our unconventional and highly successful Breakthrough Coaching Method. This method is a system of coaching and training that targets and uproots negative behaviors and thought patterns that impede forward movement toward success. Our coaches then merge this newly uninhibited movement with the same business, marketing and sales principles that have made our founders and our coaches successful.

Although the principles used in our Breakthrough Coaching Method work for everyone, the application of The Method is quite individual. Our coaches are trained to be especially perceptive to the true nature of an individual and apply The Method in a customized manner tailored to enhance the client’s natural abilities.
