Steve Thornton is the founder and president of Expect Success Coaching & Training located in Flagstaff, Arizona. Expect Success was created to expand Steve’s original coaching company, SWT International, into a full service company now offering weekly teleconferences, in depth training programs and workshops, and a variety of coaching programs. Steve also travels nationally speaking to large corporations and associations.
Over time Expect Success has become known for it’s incredibly successful “Breakthrough Coaching Method.” This unique system of coaching and training emphasizes targeting and uprooting negative behaviors and thought patterns that impede forward movement toward success. Steve believes that once we understand, uproot and move past what’s holding us back, we can experience absolutely amazing results!
