Steve Thornton – Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Expect Success Coaching and Training Steve demonstrates a daily passion for helping others achieve the success they truly desire. Steve founded Expect Success Coaching and Training over 10 years ago with the sole purpose of helping others achieve their dreams.
As a professional business advisor, coach, speaker and trainer, Steve has facilitated more than 5,000 seminars, workshops and coaching sessions.
Prior to becoming a full time advisor, coach, speaker and trainer, Steve was President and Founder of Awakening International Corporation, a sales and marketing concern. Under Steve’s Leadership, Awakening, acting as an independent contractor for a nationwide company, advanced to produce over 80% of their national volume.
Steve was also involved in the success of two other companies, H20 Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of in-line aqueous cleaning systems and TNA Real Estate Investments, which focused on the rehabilitation of residential properties.
Steve is a committed Christian, husband, and father of two, and is dedicated to continuous personal development. The real-world experience Steve’s acquired has proven to be invaluable whether he is addressing an audience as a Keynote speaker, leading a workshop or in coaching our clients.
